\n\tBad Bunny<\/a> is continuing a historic year. On Friday, as the Recording Academy announced its nominations<\/a> for the 2026 Grammys, Bad Bunny became the first Spanish-language artist to earn nominations for three of the Big Four categories, including Song, Record, and Album of the Year.<\/p>\n

\n\tDeb\u00ed Tirar M\u00e1s Fotos<\/a><\/em> follows in the footsteps of 2022\u2019s Un Verano Sin Ti<\/em>, which was the first Spanish-language album nominated for Album of the Year in history. In the Album of the Year category in 2026, Bad Bunny is up against Justin Bieber\u2019s Swag<\/em>, Sabrina Carpenter\u2019s Man\u2019s Best Friend<\/em>, Clipse\u2019s Let God Sort Em Out<\/em>, Lady Gaga\u2019s Mayhem<\/em>, Kendrick Lamar\u2019s GNX<\/em>, Leon Thomas\u2019 Mutt<\/em>, and Tyler, the Creator\u2019s Chromakopia<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe album\u2019s title track, \u201cDtMF,\u201d also earned Bad Bunny nominations in both Record of the Year and Song of the Year. With the nods for \u201cDtMF,\u201d Bad Bunny is only the second Spanish-language artist to earn nominations in both Record and Song of the Year in the same year since \u201cDespacito\u201d by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee feat. Justin Bieber did so in 2018.<\/p>\n

\n\tAlong with those major categories, Bad Bunny earned nominations for Best Album Cover (a new category), Best M\u00fasica Urbana Album, and Best Global Performance for \u201cEoO.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tBad Bunny is a three-time Grammy winner \u2014 though all of his wins have come in genre categories. He earned Best Latin Pop or Urban Album in 2021 for YHLQMDLG<\/em>, followed by back-to-back wins in 2022 and 2023 for El \u00daltimo Tour del Mundo<\/a><\/em> and Un Verano Sin Ti<\/em> <\/a>in the Best M\u00fasica Urbana category, respectively.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
