He was the one that influenced me more than anybody else when it came to writing songs on the piano. The artists launched into a high-powered medley that included \u201cDance to the Music,\u201d \u201cEveryday People,\u201d \u201cThank You,\u201d and \u201cI Want To Take You Higher,\u201d all while images of the soul legend blared in the background in bright, vibrant colors.
