They were sleeping on the streets. We came in last night, we gave out water, we gave out food. Sean Paul also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/sean-paul-matching-hurricane-melissa-donations-jamaica-storm-1235456958\/\">matched donations<\/a> for hurricane relief.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cOne thing about Jamaicans, we\u2019re resilient and we\u2019re all gathering,\u201d Shaggy said. \u201cEven going down yesterday, there were people from the neighborhood that were clearing the roads for us and helping us to get in. They all helped us to organize in Black River.
