Talking Heads<\/a> have gathered some of their early rarities on a new compilation album for Record Store Day\u2019s 2025 Black Friday event<\/a>. Tentative Decisions<\/em><\/a> features demos of songs that would later appear on the band\u2019s first two albums\u20141777\u2019s Talking Heads: 77<\/em><\/a> and 1978\u2019s More Songs About Buildings and Food<\/em><\/a>\u2014alongside a live recording of \u201cArtists Only\u201d from the Lower Manhattan Ocean Club and versions of \u201cPsycho Killer\u201d and \u201cWarning Sign\u201d credited to David Byrne and Chris Frantz\u2019s first band, the Artistics. The LP will exclusively be available at participating record stores<\/a> beginning this Friday, November 28.<\/p>\n

To celebrate their 50th anniversary as a band earlier this year, Talking Heads shared a new music video<\/a> for \u201cPsycho Killer\u201d directed by Mike Mills and starring Saoirse Ronan. They also reissued<\/a> Talking Heads: 77<\/em> in 2024.<\/p>\n
