Last year, the show opened with Mariah Carey\u2019s pre-recorded performance of \u201cAll I Want for Christmas Is You.\u201d Keeping it going in 2025, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/kelly-clarkson\/\" id=\"auto-tag_kelly-clarkson\" data-tag=\"kelly-clarkson\">Kelly Clarkson<\/a> has been invited to perform her own holiday hit, \u201cUnderneath the Tree.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cThis year I\u2019m kicking off NFL Christmas Gameday, live on Netflix,\u201d Clarkson shared in a promotional video. \u201cTwo great football games on Christmas Day? Last year, Beyonc\u00e9 turned the show into the Beyonc\u00e9 Bowl, performing music from her album <em>Cowboy Carter <\/em>at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. The streaming giant reports having brought in over 30 million viewers globally during the stream.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tIn November, Clarkson returned to the stage for the first time since the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-news\/brandon-blackstock-dead-cancer-kelly-clarkson-ex-husband-1235403048\/\">death of her ex-husband, <\/a>Brandon Blackstock, with whom she shared two children. In the new year, the singer will continue her Studio Sessions residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
