The lineup for Wilco<\/a>\u2018s 2026 Solid Sound festival<\/a> has officially been announced. The Breeders<\/a>, Gang of Four<\/a>, Billy Bragg<\/a>, and S.G. Goodman will join Wilco for their unique, folk rock-driven, three-day festival next summer. Gang of Four is a notable headliner; in 2025, the band wrapped their 2025 farewell tour<\/a>. L\u2019Rain, Ryan Davis & The Roadhouse Band, Sharp Pins, the Messthetics and James Brandon Lewis, and Hannah Cohen, will also be performing.<\/p>\n \n\tIn October, Solid Sound announced their kick-off night special<\/a>: a set from Wilco\u2019s Jeff Tweedy and Billy Bragg performing songs from their iconic Mermaid Avenue<\/em> collaboration, which features lost lyrics from folk icon Woody Guthrie<\/a>. The performance will mark the first time the two musicians have ever played a full live show together. Now, they will be joined by an exciting slate of eclectic artists, ranging in genres from post-punk to jazz and folk rock.<\/p>\n
