Elizabeth Cook, Aaron Lee Tasjan, and Chuck Mead joined <em>Rolling Stone<\/em>\u2019s <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/todd-snider-tribute-elizabeth-cook-chuck-mead-podcast-1235473136\/\">Nashville Now<\/a><\/em> podcast to celebrate Snider\u2019s legacy, and Turnpike Troubadours recorded and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/turnpike-troubadours-cover-todd-snider-just-like-old-times-1235472528\/\">released a version<\/a> of his song \u201cJust Like Old Times.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tThis past Friday in Austin, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/robert-earl-keen\/\" id=\"auto-tag_robert-earl-keen\" data-tag=\"robert-earl-keen\">Robert Earl Keen<\/a> wrapped up his concert at the Moody Theater with a rendition of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-lists\/todd-snider-best-songs-1235465804\/\">\u201cPlay a Train Song,\u201d<\/a> the beloved singalong off Snider\u2019s 2004 LP <em>East Nashville Skyline<\/em> that Keen recorded for his own 2011 album <em>Ready for Confetti<\/em>.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Robert Earl Keen - Play a Train Song (Todd Snider) 12\/19\/25 Moody Theater, Austin, TX\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OOsCKJd9rJg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cI think about him a lot and I\u2019m sure if he\u2019s in heaven he\u2019s raising hell. I miss him but he left a hell of a legacy. Litz died in 2003.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tKeen, currently on his annual holiday tour, will bring the \u201cGreatest Christmas on Earth\u201d show to Houston\u2019s House of Blues on Sunday night.
