That\u2019s how I look at it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tWhen asked if he thought it was possible for the new generation to not remember, Sean replied, \u201cTo forget about it? I do, actually,\u201d adding, \u201cAnd I never did before.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tJohn (who featured on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-lists\/beatles-in-rolling-stone-a-timeline-113235\/john-lennon-graces-premiere-issue-113313\/\">front page of <em>Rolling Stone<\/em>\u2018s very first issue in 1967<\/a>), Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and the late George Harrison delivered one of the most enduring and revolutionary catalogs in the history of rock &amp; roll \u2014 from their 1963 debut album, <em>Please Please Me<\/em>, to their final studio album, 1970\u2019s <em>Let It Be<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tAfter John launched his solo career in 1970, after marrying Ono the year before, the couple released the transcendent record, <em>Double Fantasy<\/em>, in 1980, the final album before Lennon\u2019s tragic murder.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cMy parents gave me so much that I think it\u2019s the least I can do to try and support their legacy in my lifetime,\u201d Sean told <em>CBS<\/em>. \u201cI feel like I just owe it to them. The movie takes the anti-war anthem \u201cHappy Xmas (War Is Over)\u201d \u2014 written and recorded by his parents in 1971 \u2014 and introduces it to a new generation in an animated film about enemy soldiers in World War I playing chess via a carrier pigeon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tSean described his parents\u2019 legacy as \u201cpeace and love,\u201d before clarifying: \u201cBut it\u2019s not just peace and love.
