It was offered to him after a serendipitous run in with Landman<\/em> creator Taylor Sheridan<\/a>.<\/p>\n Burnet hadn\u2019t even seen the Yellowstone<\/em> universe shows, only Sheridan’s movies.<\/p>\n \u201cWe came up to each other at a boxing gym and started chatting away,\u201d he begins. \u201cHe went off and I got a text saying, ‘Hey listen, Taylor Sheridan is interested in you.’\u201d<\/p>\n Time passed and Burnet didn’t hear from Sheridan\u2019s team, but then as fate would have it, they ran into each other again in New York City.<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s like, ‘There is my new employee,’\u201d Burnet recalls. \u201cI was like, ‘Excuse me?’ He said, ‘Come over here,’ and we sat down and he said, ‘You\u2019re going to be Indiana Jones.'”<\/p>\n As we had hoped, the actor didn\u2019t just spend time with acting legends Billy Bob Thornton and Sam Elliott on screen.<\/p>\n Burnet\u00a0went on to share that he, Thornton, Elliot, and Andy Garcia would often grab a drink at the bar together in the hotel they were staying at. He knew that time was special.<\/p>\n Burnet also spent individual time with Thornton.<\/p>\n \u201cWe would go to our trailer, grab a Michelob Ultra and just philosophy about life until I don\u2019t know when in the morning,\u201d the actor shares.<\/p>\n The Paramount+ show will air Season 2, Episode 7 on Sunday (Dec. 28). Season 2 consists of 10 episodes in total.<\/p>\n Landman<\/em>\u00a0airs new episode every Sunday via Paramount+ streaming.<\/p>\n Pictures shared ahead of Landman<\/em> Episode 6 find the show’s star’s looking very, very troubled.
