\n\tSnoop Dogg<\/a> brought some extra holiday cheer to the Minnesota Vikings vs. Detroit Lions halftime show on Netflix\u2019s Christmas Day NFL<\/a> broadcast. The rapper took the stage<\/a> in Minneapolis for Snoop\u2019s Holiday Halftime Party, performing some of his most beloved hits <\/strong>and welcoming the singing trio behind HUNTR\/X<\/a>, Lainey Wilson<\/a>, and Andrea Bocelli<\/a> during the performance.<\/p>\n \n\tThe halftime show opened with his close personal friend Martha Stewart reading a Snoop-inspired Christmas story to some Dobermanns before Snoop took the stage, draped in a red coat. Surrounded by Christmas-themed dancers and a full orchestra, Snoop rapped his verse from \u201cThe Next Episode,\u201d his 1999 hit with Dr. Dre.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cIt\u2019s Christmas, and we are about to do some of my favorite Christmas songs!\u201d Snoop declared before a G-funk version of \u201cMy Favorite Things\u201d backed by a choir, before ballerinas swept him right into another Nineties classic originally recorded with Dre, \u201cNuthin\u2019 but a G Thang.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tAudrey Nuna, EJA, and Rei Ami \u2014 the real-life singers who voiced the evil-slaying trio HUNTR\/X in Netflix\u2019s runaway hit KPop Demon Hunters<\/a><\/em> \u2014 then took the stage for an 808-backed K-pop rendition of \u201cThe Twelve Days Of Christmas.\u201d The trio walked down some stairs as they sang, and when they reached the \u201cfive golden rings\u201d part of the song, they included a vocal nod to their massive hit \u201cGolden.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tSnoop picked up the performance with a jolly \u201cDrop It Like It\u2019s Hot\u201d before continuing into \u201cWho Am I (What\u2019s My Name)?\u201d alongside a little drummer boy as the field was overtaken by dancers.<\/p>\n \n\tCountry star Lainey Wilson came out next, decked out in bell-bottoms and a matching cowboy hat, riding onto the field in a snow-white luxury sleigh for a twangy take on \u201cSanta Claus Is Coming to Town.\u201d For a surprise finale, Andrea Bocelli and his son Matteo teamed up for a full-throated operatic rendition of \u201cWhite Christmas\u201d as faux snow fell from the sky, while Wilson, Snoop, and HUNTR\/X joined the Bocellis on a raised platform to conclude the performance.<\/p>\n
