But who cares,\u201d Jessie wrote in an Instagram Story posted on Dec. 30. \u201cAs truthfully in a world full of \u2018everything is fine, I\u2019m happy, l\u2019m good, life is perfect\u2019 there is Grief hurt pain sadness heartbreak and reflection and processing happening this time of year for many of us, along side the good and great or on it\u2019s own.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cThis year has been heavy and hard in many ways for all of us, for me personally one of the hardest but most magical years of my life. Personally and professionally,\u201d the singer continued. \u201cBut all the sadness has come up this week, it\u2019s the first time l\u2019ve stopped (working and being in public in months) So l\u2019m crying a lot. Writing shit down feeling really low tbh. The lowest | have felt in a while.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tJessie added that she was feeling an \u201caccumulation of stuff just making its way to the surface\u201d and that she was \u201cletting it out.\u201d The artist advised, \u201cDon\u2019t hold it in people. We are not superhuman or meant to be happy and positive all the time. It\u2019s healthy and normal to cry.\u201d <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tBefore ending her note, she wrote, \u201cSending love to anyone feeling this way too right now. No positive end to this. Just I\u2019m with ya.
