The growth was in the <a href=\"https:\/\/v\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">numbers:<\/a> The Recording Industry Association of America revealed that Latin music generated $490.3 million in revenue during the first half of 2025, a 6 percent increase from the previous year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tBut the sonic innovations were more important as artists linked genres, the past and present, and political and social issues to make some of the most exciting records of the year. That only bodes well for 2026: Already, acts like Feid and \u00c1lvaro D\u00edaz have been getting creative, teasing new colors and eras for the year. Meanwhile, we might finally get long-awaited music, like Tokischa\u2019s debut and Julieta Venegas\u2019 comeback. In his recent documentary\u00a0<em>XTHE ENDX<\/em>, the Colombian superstar bid farewell to his famous green Ferxxo persona. Feid is now embracing his more stylish and sexier side in all black, which fans have dubbed his \u201cPro Max\u201d era. He has started teasing a new project called\u00a0<em>Ferxxo Vs. Feid<\/em>\u00a0where this return to roots will presumably unfold. Instead, the Mexican hitmaker slowed things down, keeping fans on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting his next album. He\u2019s already revealed he\u2019s hunkered down in the studio working on new music and with a\u00a0just-released joint project with his cousin Tito Double P, it looks like Peso is back in business.
