Iron & Wine<\/a> will return next month with a new album, Hen\u2019s Teeth<\/em>. Billed as a companion of sorts to 2024\u2019s Light Verse<\/em><\/a>, the record compiles songs that Sam Beam recorded in the past few years with the Los Angeles studio owner and engineer Dave Way. Below, watch a couple go to war with a stubborn mason jar in Spencer Kelly\u2019s video for the single \u201cIn Your Ocean,\u201d and scroll down for a string of North American and Australasian tour dates announced last month.<\/p>\n The album title, says Beam in a press release, \u201csuggests the impossible. Hen\u2019s teeth do not exist. And that\u2019s what this record felt like: a gift that shouldn\u2019t be there but it is. An impossible thing but it\u2019s real.\u201d Fellow players on Hen\u2019s Teeth<\/em> include one of Beam\u2019s daughters, Arden, as well as David Garza, Sebastian Steinberg, Tyler Chester, Griffin Goldsmith, Beth Goodfellow, Kyle Crane, and Paul Cartwright.
