Mitski<\/a> is back. Her new album, Nothing\u2019s About to Happen to Me<\/em><\/a>, is out February 27 via Dead Oceans<\/a>. Directed by Noel Paul, the music video for lead single \u201cWhere\u2019s My Phone?<\/a>\u201d draws inspiration from Shirley Jackson\u2019s novel We Have Always Lived in the Castle<\/em>. Mitski plays a recluse whose gothic manor is set upon by intruders from the outside world. Watch it below.<\/p>\n Last year, Mitski released a concert film<\/a> and accompanying live album<\/a>, both of which were recorded during the tour for her 2023 album, The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We<\/em><\/a>. Members of her touring band also contributed to Nothing\u2019s About to Happen to Me<\/em>.
