Lou Gramm<\/a> and the Black Crowes<\/a> are in much different places as they prepare to release new albums in March 2026.<\/p>\n The former Foreigner<\/a> frontman’s last solo album was 2009’s indie-released Lou Gramm Band<\/em>. His most recent major-label record was 1989’s Long Hard Look<\/em>. Meanwhile, the Black Crowes are back with A Pound of Feathers<\/em> just two years after releasing 2024’s Happiness Bastards<\/a><\/em>. They’d been on their own recording hiatus, dating back more than a decade.<\/p>\n Siblings Chris<\/a> and Rich Robinson<\/a>\u00a0recorded A Pound of Feathers<\/em> in just over a week in\u00a0Nashville with Jay Joyce, who also produced the Grammy-nominated Happiness Bastards<\/em>. Gramm’s Released<\/em> was advanced by the single “Young Love,” featuring Def Leppard<\/a>‘s Vivian Campbell<\/a> on guitar.<\/p>\n March’s slate of new music also includes LPs from Squeeze<\/a>, the Tedeschi Trucks Band<\/a> and Black Label Society<\/a>, among others. Trixies<\/em> features the first songs that Squeeze’s Chris Difford and Glenn Tilbrook ever wrote together. Tedeschi Trucks Band’s Future Soul<\/em> was co-produced by Mike Elizondo, who’s worked with Twenty One Pilots<\/a>, Dr. Dre<\/a> and Carrie Underwood<\/a>, among others.<\/p>\n The month’s reissues include an expanded edition of Van Halen<\/a>‘s 5150<\/em><\/a>, with rarities and previously unreleased live recordings added to the No. 1 album from 1986 that introduced Sammy Hagar<\/a> to the lineup. Aerosmith<\/a> looks back even further to their 1973 eponymous debut<\/a> with a new three-disc Legendary Edition that includes a disc of bonus live tracks and session songs.<\/p>\n READ MORE:<\/strong> 2025’s Best Albums<\/a><\/p>\n Rush<\/a> belatedly celebrates the 40th anniversary of 1984’s Grace Under Pressure<\/em><\/a> with an expanded five-disc box that features a live show from the band’s hometown of Toronto. A new triple-disc Talking Heads<\/a>\u00a0box called Tentative Decisions: Demos & Live<\/em> collects previously unreleased demos and live recordings from their first years in New York City.<\/p>\n Guitarist Zakk Wylde<\/a>‘s Black Label Society pays tribute to his longtime collaborator Ozzy Osbourne<\/a> on Engines of Demolition<\/em>.
