Ella Langley<\/a> has recently touched history-making heights. Her latest single \u201cChoosin’ Texas\u201d hit No. 1 on the Billboard<\/em>\u00a0Hot 100, Country Airplay Chart, and Hot Country Songs Chart. This makes her the first women to every top all three simultaneously.<\/p>\n Langley had two hits with collaborator and country singer Riley Green.<\/a>\u00a0One of those, \u201cDon\u2019t Mind If I Do,\u201d recently hit No. 1.<\/p>\n During a press round ahead of Green\u2019s number one party, he touched on Langley\u2019s recent milestone.<\/p>\n \u201cI feel like it\u2019s so hard for females to get to that level,\u201d he beings. \u201cThere\u2019s a ton of talented female artists in our genre. I remember when Lainey was having that moment it was such cool thing to watch because we were on tour with Luke Combs<\/a> at the time. We have a lot of the same influences musically and definitely more traditional in our styles. I think the more success she can have, the easier it makes for me to have success and vice versa.\u201d<\/p>\n Langley continues to release new music ahead of her sophomore album Dandelion,<\/em> out Apr. 10. \u201cBe Her\u201d is her latest of those as of Friday (Feb. 13), and the singer will be taking her new album out on the road with her for \u2018The Dandelion Tour\u2019 come May.<\/p>\n As a breakout artist, having one massive hit is sort of a mixed blessing. So it is with Ella Langley and “You Look Like You Love Me,” a Riley Green duet that was a monster country radio hit in 2024.<\/p>\n It’s a great song, but fans are doing themselves a disservice if they don’t dig further.
