\n\tOn Tuesday, he announced plans to secure a Guinness World Records title of the largest gathering of people wearing bald caps by encouraging fans to turn up as Mr. Worldwide at his BST Hyde Park headlining show in London<\/a> on July 10.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cLet me tell you how I feel about all the bald-e\u2019s that\u2019s gonna be putting it down,\u201d Pitbull said in a statement. \u201cI just wanna let y\u2019all know that every time you put on that bald cap, you know you\u2019re about to have the time of your lives. I appreciate the love, I appreciate the commitment, I appreciate the support and more than anything, I just want to say thank you. Dale!\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe idea was born of a recent trend of\u00a0die-hard fans attending Pitbull concerts in bald cap<\/a>s, aviators, and snug-fitting suit jackets. When BBC Radio 1 Breakfast host Greg James championed the idea of pursuing a world record, the plan was put into action.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tMore details of how fans can participate will be given closer to the concert date, according to event organizers. For now, concertgoers are asked to wear their bald caps \u201csecured firmly on the head, with hair tucked under at the front and top,\u201d noting that \u201chair may hang from the back.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
