\n\tThe Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will travel back to the Seventies in an upcoming exhibit capturing the story of Paul McCartney and Wings.<\/a> The first museum exhibit of its kind, the collection features a decade\u2019s worth of memorabilia and archival materials from McCartney, as well as from band members and others close to the group. It opens on May 15. <\/p>\n \n\tSome of the items set to be unveiled at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum have never been displayed in public before. The collection ranges from more standard offerings, such as instruments from recording sessions for the band\u2019s seven studio albums, to more personal selections, including handwritten lyrics, immersive videos, and images that capture the era.<\/p>\n \n\tMcCartney has been celebrating his days with the Wings<\/a> quite extensively over the past year. In February 2025, the musician announced Wings: The Story of a Band on the Run,<\/em> <\/a>a book that traced his post-Beatles journey as he released a pair of solo albums and eventually found something that clicked with Wings.<\/p>\n
