Conner Smith<\/a> will not face charges related to the June 2025 car accident that killed 77-year-old Dorothy \u201cDot\u201d Dobbins.<\/p>\n On Thursday (Feb. 19), the 25-year-old country singer\u2019s attorney confirmed that Smith\u2019s misdemeanor citation was withdrawn at the request of Dobbins\u2019 family, bringing the legal chapter of the case<\/a> to a close.<\/p>\n In a statement to People<\/em><\/a>, Smith\u2019s attorney, Worrick G.
