\n\tSelena Gomez <\/a>confirmed longstanding speculation that she was the inspiration behind Taylor Swift<\/a>\u2019s song \u201cDorothea,\u201d saying the Evermore<\/em> song was written about her.<\/p>\n \n\tGomez made the revelation during a recent episode of her husband Benny Blanco <\/a>and artist Lil Dicky\u2019s web series, Friends Keep Secrets<\/em><\/a>. Touching on why she connects to Swift\u2019s music on a more personal level, Gomez said Swift had written at least two songs that reflect on their paths from teenage stars, to working as adult women in Hollywood, to now finding their respective partners.
