At least according to Crowes singer Chris Robinson.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tDuring an appearance on <em>Rolling Stone<\/em>\u2019s <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/nashville-now\/\" id=\"auto-tag_nashville-now\" data-tag=\"nashville-now\">Nashville Now<\/a><\/em> podcast in support of their new album, <em>A Pound of Feathers<\/em>, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/the-black-crowes\/\" id=\"auto-tag_the-black-crowes\" data-tag=\"the-black-crowes\">the Black Crowes<\/a> recorded in Nashville, Chris says his repaired relationship with guitarist Rich lit the way for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/liam-gallagher\/\" id=\"auto-tag_liam-gallagher\" data-tag=\"liam-gallagher\">Liam Gallagher<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/t\/noel-gallagher\/\" id=\"auto-tag_noel-gallagher\" data-tag=\"noel-gallagher\">Noel Gallagher<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/oasis-reunion-tour-gallagher-brothers-1235422640\/\">do the same<\/a> in 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cOf course we did. There\u2019s no doubt in my mind that we didn\u2019t,\u201d he says. \u201cI don\u2019t care what Noel or Liam say. They are that heavily influenced by how Rich and I\u2019s relationship is going.\u201d Rich, seated next to him, just laughed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tBut Chris, always animated, carried on. \u201cI would say we\u2019re the barometer to their family dynamic. That\u2019s just a fact,\u201d he says. \u201cAnd I\u2019d like to see either of them deny it.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-tiktok wp-block-embed-tiktok\"\/>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tThe two rock bands, one formed in Atlanta in the Eighties, the other in Manchester, England, at the dawn of the Nineties, do have a history together. In 2001, the Black Crowes and Oasis teamed up for a co-headlining trek across the United States and Canada. Dubbed \u201cThe Tour of Brotherly Love,\u201d it also featured Spacehog, another sibling band led by Royston and Antony Langdon, who scored a hit in 1995 with \u201cIn the Meantime.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tWhile on paper, the pairing of the Black Crowes and Oasis may spell disaster, Rich Robinson has fond memories of the run. \u201cIt was amazing,\u201d he says. \u201cThat was a great tour.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tIn 2019, the Robinsons mended fences to reform their band six years after their last performance. \u201cI told [our friend], \u2018Man, it would just be cool to be able to play songs with my brother,\u2019\u201d Rich <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/black-crowes-chris-rich-robinson-reunion-910453\/\">told <em>Rolling Stone <\/em><\/a>then. \u201cAnd he said, \u2018Y\u2019know, Chris said the same thing to me.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\tAfter riding out the pandemic, the Crowes hit the road in 2021 and have been at it since.
