Cass McCombs<\/a> and Hand Habits<\/a> are joining forces on a new split 7″<\/a>. The record features original songs by both artists, with McCombs offering up \u201cSeeing the Elephant\u201d and Meg Duffy bringing \u201cGood Person.\u201d It\u2019s being released via Domino\/Fat Possum. McCombs has gone ahead and shared his new song, which comes with a Larry Unrein-directed music video featuring real elephants wagging their tails and drinking water in the wild. Check it out below.<\/p>\n If you want first dibs on the split 7″, then you better saddle up at one of McCombs\u2019 upcoming shows. He\u2019s currently in the midst of his tour<\/a> celebrating the release of last year\u2019s Interior Live Oak<\/em><\/a> and will have copies of the record available at his merch table. After that, remaining copies will be available to order online,\u00a0with pre-orders currently ongoing.<\/p>\n While the openers on McCombs\u2019 tour have been trading off legs on this route, Hand Habits\u2019 run is up next, where they will join him for six concerts between April 4 and April 11.
