In a new interview on Rolling Stone<\/em>\u2019s Nashville Now <\/em>podcast, Lake says actions outweigh any words.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI think that\u2019s the problem: People are looking for a statement and not looking at our lives,\u201d Lake says. \u201cJelly Roll isn\u2019t perfect, just like I\u2019m not perfect. But Jelly Roll is trying to use his entire life to advance the kingdom, to do good, to love people. And I know he\u2019s doing that.
