M.I.A.<\/a> is back with M.I.7<\/em>: The follow-up to 2022\u2019s Mata<\/em><\/a> arrives April 17 via her own OhmniMusic<\/a> label. Featuring the Sunday Service gospel choir, M.I.7<\/em> is a \u201cgospel record rooted in prayer, the Book of Revelation, and the Ark of the Covenant,\u201d according to a press release that stresses her pivot<\/a> to Christianity. The album supposedly comprises seven \u201csongs,\u201d but is broken into 16 tracks, listed below. One is called \u201cEverything<\/a>,\u201d and you can listen to that right now.<\/p>\n

M.I.A. is preparing to hit the road this spring with Kid Cudi on his Rebel Ragers tour<\/a>, as well as relaunching her Ohmni clothing collection. The M.I.7.<\/em> album title is twofold: yes, it\u2019s her seventh album, and yes, MI7 is a discontinued branch of UK military propaganda. Plus \u00e7a change<\/em>…<\/p>\n
