In his bus update, White also shared the latest on the driver, who still needs prayers as he continues to heal.<\/p>\n The accident, which occurred on Oct. 23, 2025, took place after bus driver Daveo Wilmont suffered a stroke behind the wheel.<\/p>\n In White’s update, the singer says Wilmont is “still battling at his home in Natchez, Mississippi.”<\/p>\n “Please continue to pray for his recovery,” White added.<\/p>\n A GoFundMe<\/a>\u00a0page was established to support Wilmont’s recovery in October.
