\n\tSpooky things happen when Taylor Momsen<\/a> tours with AC\/DC<\/a>. Two years after a bat bit her<\/a> onstage, the Pretty Reckless singer had an encounter with a venomous spider.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred while on tour in Mexico City, while the Pretty Reckless are supporting AC\/DC on their extended run<\/a> of the <\/em>Power Up<\/em> Tour.<\/a> \u201cSo it wouldn\u2019t be an AC\/DC tour if I didn\u2019t get bit,\u201d Momsen wrote on Instagram. \u201cThis time a massive spider decided to take a chunk out of me and its venom did a number on my system so had to have the wonderful doctors in Mexico come and deliver quite the shot before the show last night\u2026add it to the list! Spider woman? Batgirl?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tHeart\u2019s Nancy Wilson commented on Momsen\u2019s post, instructing, \u201cFlush out your system with lots of water and follow all the doctors protocol exactly.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tMomsen suffered the bat bite in May 2024, while onstage in Seville, Spain, fittingly while she was performing the Pretty Reckless\u2019 \u201cWitches Burn.\u201d She wasn\u2019t even aware of the bite until the crowd pointed it out to her. \u201cI must really be a witch,\u201d she told the audience. \u201cIt\u2019s alright and the bat\u2019s fine, he\u2019s gonna be my new friend.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Pretty Reckless will support AC\/DC throughout the rest of their tour, which concludes in Philadelphia on Sept. 29. The Pretty Reckless will continue touring in the fall and winter, capping in Glasgow, U.K. on Dec. 3. Last fall, she performed at Soundgarden\u2019s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony<\/a>, and reunited with her How the Grinch Stole Christmas<\/em> co-star Jim Carrey, who delivered their induction speech.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
