During a recent stop on\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=8jqyklYKjMU&amp;t=6310s\" target=\"_blank\">This Past Weekend With Theo Von<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>Langley said that &#8220;Dandelion&#8221; is the oldest song on the record.<\/p>\n<p>It actually almost wound up on the track list for her 2024 album\u00a0<em>Hungover<\/em>, but she decided to hold it back, because\u00a0it had the sound and lyrical themes she wanted to dig into more on her next project.<\/p>\n<p>In the lyrics, Langley compares herself to a dandelion \u2014 &#8220;<em>born to live free, ridin&#8217; on a breeze&#8221; \u2014\u00a0<\/em>as opposed to<em>\u00a0<\/em>a more classically beautiful flower like a rose.<\/p>\n<p>Dandelions are often considered weeds, and similarly, Langley says she&#8217;s sometimes been overlooked.
