The singer took to Instagram to reveal the self-titled project, noting that its release will coincide with her 31st birthday, marking a full-circle moment in her life and career. The upcoming LP also signals a new chapter following\u00a0Kehlani\u2019s 2024 album,\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-album-reviews\/kehlani-crash-review-1235044319\/\">Crash<\/a>,<\/em>\u00a0which featured the Grammy-nominated single \u201cAfter Hours.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-features\/kehlani-folded-grammys-biggest-year-yet-1235482740\/\">Speaking to <em>Rolling Stone<\/em><\/a> about <em>Crash<\/em>, Kehlani said, \u201cHonestly, I just want people to have an experience. I want people to just love singing and dancing again. It is really that simple. It\u2019s such a personal moment for me right now to be proving myself. I feel so personally just motivated to rewrite my story, and I hope that trickles into the experience that people have.
