Since 2024, Madonna has been teasing that her next album will be a sequel to 2005\u2019s Confessions on a Dance Floor<\/em><\/a>. That December, she posted a video<\/a> of herself in the studio with the original LP\u2019s producer, Stuart Price. Then, last year, Madonna confirmed that she had resigned<\/a> to her original label, Warner Records, where she put out all of her studio albums from 1983\u2019s self-titled debut<\/a> to 2008\u2019s Hard Candy<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n This morning, Madonna cleared her Instagram<\/a> and changed her bio to read \u201cTime goes by so slowly\u2026\u201d, a lyric from Confessions on a Dance Floor<\/em>\u2019s lead single, \u201cHung Up.\u201d Though an official release date or title have yet to surface, her official website<\/a> now displays the words \u201cConfessions II\u201d and what appears to be the album\u2019s cover art. Check that out below.<\/p>\n In the seven years following the release of 2019\u2019s Madame X<\/em><\/a>, Madonna has shared two remix compilations\u2014Finally Enough Love<\/em><\/a> and the Ray of Light<\/em><\/a>-era collection Veronica Electronica<\/em><\/a>\u2014and collaborated with Beyonc\u00e9<\/a>, Fireboy DML<\/a>, and Sam Smith<\/a>. She also reworked<\/a> \u201cHung Up\u201d alongside Dominican dembow star Tokischa.
