\u201cTo me, it was harder with the first because I was the first-time mom and didn\u2019t know what I was doing,\u201d she begins. \u201cNow with three, yeah there are more kids and it\u2019s crazier, but I feel confident and that sets the tone in our house so differently.\u201d<\/p>\n
She\u00a0adds that how\u00a0she and her husband enter their family really sets the tone. If she\u2019s anxious or a peaceful presence, her children are going to feel and feed off of that energy.<\/p>\n
