\n\tOlivia Rodrigo<\/a> made a surprise appearance at Pete\u2019s Candy Store in New York City on Sunday night to perform her recent single, \u201cDrop Dead.\u201d<\/a> The pop singer took the venue\u2019s small stage during its weekly open mic night. <\/p>\n

\n\tAs seen in the short the clip that has been making the rounds online, Rodrigo was joined by a guitarist for a stripped-down version of the track. <\/p>\n

\n\tOn Instagram, Rodrigo\u00a0wrote<\/a>, \u201cI love this song so much!!! It\u2019s the first chapter in the story of \u2018you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love\u2019 and it makes me wanna skip around and roll the windows down and make out!\u201d<\/p>\n
