\n\tPost Malone<\/a> opened his headlining set with the roar of a motor before launching into a rendition of Craig Morgan\u2019s \u201cInternational Harvester.\u201d After taking the stage with the rural anthem, Malone, decked out in head-to-toe denim, set the tone by asking the thousands gathered at the windy polo fields, \u201cWho\u2019s fucking thirsty this evening, ladies and gentlemen?\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tThe star, who made his country debut<\/a> at the California fest in 2024, proceeded to play a medley of his hits and covers that had the crowd grooving. Malone delivered some of his massive pop tracks, including \u201cWhite Iverson,\u201d \u201cCircles\u201d (his \u201cfavorite shape\u201d) and \u201cSunflower,\u201d and also used the opportunity to showcase his Nashville-style pivot<\/a> and love for nostalgic country classics.<\/p>\n \n\tOf course, Malone delivered \u201cWhat Don\u2019t Belong to Me\u201d and \u201cWrong Ones\u201d from his first country album F-1 Trillion<\/a><\/em>, and its chart-topping track, \u201cI Had Some Help,\u201d which saw Shaboozey pop out for a quick cameo to join in for the chorus. The singer weaved in plenty of country covers, too: George Strait\u2019s \u201cGive It Away\u201d; \u201cI Swear\u201d by John Michael Montgomery; and Garth Brooks\u2019 \u201cRodeo.\u201d At one point, he turned the lights down low and turned up the pyro for \u201cRockstar,\u201d dropping to his hands for a set of pushups at the end.<\/p>\n \n\tWhile many in the crowd were hoping for Morgan Wallen to make an appearance, Malone brought out a pair of country traditionalists in Jake Worthington and Braxton Keith as his guests of the night. Worthington sang Strait\u2019s \u201cGive It Away\u201d; Keith played his own song, \u201cCozy.\u201d There was even some good old-fashioned product placement of Malone\u2019s Posty-branded Bud Light cans, which he enthusiastically crushed against his head.<\/p>\n \n\tThe singer wrapped his set with another patriotic number, closing with a cover of Toby Keith\u2019s \u201cCourtesy of the Red, White and Blue (The Angry American).\u201d<\/p>\n
