Madeon<\/a> is prepping his first full-length in seven years. Leading Victory<\/em> is a Slayyyter<\/a> collaboration called \u201cFire Away,\u201d which the French producer, singer, and songwriter debuted this month at Coachella<\/a>. Listen to that below. The album, out June 26 via Mom+Pop<\/a>, also features Sam Gellaitry<\/a> and Flatbush Zombies<\/a>\u2019 Erick the Architect, with Bleachers<\/a>\u2019 Mikey Freedom Hart on guitar across the record.<\/p>\n In a press release, Madeon said \u201cFire Away\u201d is \u201cperhaps the most anthemic record on the album,\u201d adding, \u201cIt\u2019s a song about love as warfare, words like weapons of the brokenhearted. Slayyyter embodied the other side of the story and her voice took the song to another level, her performance has so much confidence and attitude, she\u2019s electric.\u201d<\/p>\n In a statement originally written in all caps, Slayyyter added, \u201cI\u2019ve been a fan of Madeon for such a long time; I am $o grateful to have gotten to work with him on this record.
