\n\tHarry Styles<\/a> is getting ready to move. On May 7, the musician will release the music video for \u201cDance No More,\u201d an especially grooving record from his latest album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally. <\/em>In the teaser for the video, Styles struts across scuffed-up floors in white sneakers and shorts. Raising the microphone to his mouth, he drags it down his tongue.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cDance No More\u201d marks the third song from the album, which fans have abbreviated to KISSCO<\/em>, to receive the music video treatment. The first was lead single \u201cAperture,\u201d for which Styles referenced David Bowie\u2019s \u201cI\u2019m Afraid of Americans,\u201d battled a mysterious figure at a hotel, and broke out some backflips. He followed the video with another visual, this time for \u201cAmerican Girls.\u201d Releasing the same day as the album, the video followed Styles as he completes ambitious stunts on an action film set.<\/p>\n

\n\tIt remains to be see what he has in store for \u201cDance No More,\u201d but there\u2019s sure to be dancing \u2014 it\u2019s the whole point of the song. \u201c\u2018DJs don\u2019t dance no more,\u2019 they said\/DJs don\u2019t dance no more\/We wanna dance with all our friends,\u201d he sings on the chorus. \u201cDJs don\u2019t dance no more\/It\u2019s feeling like the music has been Heaven sent\/And that there\u2019s no difference in between the tears and the sweat.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a review of the album, Rolling Stone<\/a> <\/em>described \u201cDance No More\u201d as \u201ca no-parking-on-the-dance-floor Eighties synth fest with chorus shouts of \u2018Respect your mother!\u2019 invoking drag-ball culture.\u201d It pairs well with deep cuts \u201cPop,\u201d \u201cReady, Steady, Go,\u201d and \u201cAre You Listening Yet?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tKISSCO<\/a> <\/em>pulled inspiration from the many nights Styles spent at clubs across Europe in the time following the end of Love on Tour in 2023. \u201cWhen you\u2019re out at night, it\u2019s such a community, but you\u2019re also watching people have such individual experiences,\u201d Styles told legendary Japanese novelist Haruki Murakami in a recent interview for Runner\u2019s World<\/em>. <\/a>\u201cI wanted to recreate [what] I had on the dance floor, being lost in the instrumentation and the musicality.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
