The musician has shared the new single \u201cDollar Bill\u201d from his upcoming seventh studio album, <em>Frozen Charlotte<\/em>, out Friday, July 10.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-line-height-copy  lrv-a-font-body-l   \">\n\t\u201cYou can\u2019t control me\/Unless you owe me\/And you don\u2019t own me\/Unless I blow you,\u201d White shouts on \u201cDollar Bill\u201d just after the track launches into an erratic, bluesy guitar solo. For <em>Frozen Charlotte<\/em>, White took a similar though less cryptic approach to announcing the album. I grab a nearby blue skull shaker percussion object and glue it in the head\u2019s place.
