\n\tAccording to Spotify<\/a>, Knicks fans\u2019 go-to anthem after the improbable Game 4 win was Jay-Z and Alicia Keys\u2019 \u201cEmpire State of Mind,\u201d with the 2009 single experiencing a 1,245 percent bump in streaming among New York City users following the Knicks\u2019 victory.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe most popular song among Spotify-using Knicks fans remains, appropriately, the extremely regional Nineties classic \u201cGo NY Go\u201d by Jesse Itzler, which has jumped 2,700 percent since the start of the Knicks\u2019 Finals run. Ja Rule, Fat Joe, and Jadakiss\u2019 \u201cNew York\u201d and Frank Sinatra\u2019s \u201cTheme From New York, New York\u201d have also witnessed streaming bumps on the Knicks\u2019 path to their first title since 1973.<\/p>\n

\n\tSpeaking of the aforementioned 1973, Spotify also shared its streaming data for the most popular songs from that year on their platform, with New York icon, Knicks fan, and Madison Square Garden resident artist Billy Joel leading the way with \u201cPiano Man\u201d; it\u2019s unclear (but highly likely) whether the singer\u2019s classic \u201cNew York State of Mind\u201d also enjoyed a bump from the Knicks\u2019 title run.\u00a0<\/p>\n
