\n\tLast month, Bailey Zimmerman<\/a> canceled a pair of shows scheduled for May 27 and 30 at the Sandia Resort and Casino in Albuquerque, New Mexico, claiming that he had \u201cnot been feeling well.\u201d<\/a> But according to documents obtained by Rolling Stone<\/em>, there was more behind the cancellations.<\/p>\n \n\tOn June 18, an arrest warrant was issued for the country singer on charges of felony criminal damage. Zimmerman, 26, allegedly trashed his hotel room at the Sandia Resort, which claims he caused $16,000 in damage. After being unable to contact Zimmerman, a warrant was issued for his arrest. TMZ was first to report the story.<\/p>\n \n\tOn Tuesday, Zimmerman, a gas pipeline worker who found fame as a country singer on TikTok with songs like \u201cNever Comin\u2019 Home,\u201d addressed the incident for the first time.<\/p>\n \n\t\u201cI want to apologize to the Pueblo of Sandia and to everyone at Sandia Resort & Casino. I never meant for any of this to come across as disrespectful. I am deeply sorry for my actions that transpired. I respect your community and the hospitality and appreciate the opportunity that was given to me to perform on Native Land,\u201d Zimmerman wrote in a statement shared with Rolling Stone<\/em>. \u201cI take full accountability for everything that happened and I am sorry to anyone who feels hurt or disrespected.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tZimmerman, who released his debut LP, Religiously. The Album., <\/em>in 2023, went on to apologize to his fans. \u201cI am so sorry, you deserved better from me. I understand that being a musician comes with big responsibilities, both on and off stage, and I know that I fell short that day. I do not take your support for granted.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tAccording to the court documents, on May 27, Zimmerman and members of his team played golf and adjourned to a hotel room at the resort before soundcheck at the Sandia Amphitheater. At the venue, Zimmerman was reportedly showing signs of intoxication and, while onstage, threw musical equipment and, on at least one occasion, fell down.<\/p>\n
