The Phoebe Bridgers<\/a> news cycle continues apace. After yesterday\u2019s announcement of Lost Weekend,<\/em> her first solo album in six years, Bridgers has unveiled its lead single, her first solo song in four. The album follows her stint with Lucy Dacus<\/a> and Julien Baker<\/a> in Boygenius<\/a>; shortly before that band\u2019s 2023 return, Bridgers released her last solo single, a charity cover<\/a> of the Handsome Family<\/a>\u2019s Christmas song \u201cSo Much Wine.\u201d<\/p>\n Bridgers teed up the new album with several surprise pop-up shows<\/a>, including one at Madison Square Garden<\/a>. Each concert had a strict no-phones policy, including that stadium set, to prevent footage from leaking.
