Carmen Villain<\/a> has announced a new album. The ambient dub producer and clarinetist will release Memoria<\/em><\/a> on September 4 via Smalltown Supersound<\/a>. She\u2019s also shared the album\u2019s first single. Listen to \u201cEntre Nosotros<\/a>\u201d below.<\/p>\n

Villain\u2019s follow-up to 2022\u2019s Only Love From Now On<\/em><\/a>, Memoria<\/em> borrows its title from Apichatpong Weerasethakul\u2019s 2021 film. She also drew inspiration from pioneering electronic composer Pauline Oliveros<\/a>\u2019 \u201cwritings on internally recalled sounds,\u201d according to press materials.<\/p>\n
