Synth-pop emergency! Robyn<\/a> stopped by BBC Radio 2 earlier today, July 15, for a quick performance, during which she busted out a cover of Erasure<\/a>\u2019s 1994 classic \u201cAlways.\u201d She also played three songs from her most recent album, Sexistential<\/em><\/a>: \u201cDopamine,\u201d \u201cSucker For Love,\u201d and \u201cTalk to Me.\u201d Watch it all go down below.<\/p>\n The session accompanied Robyn\u2019s appearance in a BBC Radio 6 Music Artist in Residence: AAA film, which is now available to view on iPlayer<\/a> and BBC Radio 6 Music\u2019s YouTube<\/a> channel. In the mini-documentary, Robyn chats with Metronomy founder Joseph Mount about Sexistential,<\/em> detailing her creative process and breaking down how early demos evolved into the final LP.<\/p>\n Robyn is currently in the midst of the European leg of an arena tour<\/a> in support of Sexistential<\/em>. She\u2019ll bring the run to North America this fall, stopping in cities including New York, Chicago, and Toronto. Earlier this year, she also released an alternate version of her 2002 single \u201cBlow My Mind<\/a>,\u201d with new lyrics dedicated to her three-year-old son.<\/p>\n
