Arca<\/a> is preparing to unveil her first full-length project in five years. XXXXX<\/em>, which follows the Kick<\/em><\/a> series that ran from 2020 to 2021, arrives next Friday, July 31, via XL<\/a>. While no new music accompanies the album announcement, a livestream directed by Daniel Sannwald<\/a> has been lined up for this Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Eastern. Catch that on Twitch<\/a> or YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n Dubbed the Diva.Experimental transmission, the livestream will air from Barcelona, across seven locations, where Arca will perform unreleased songs from the 16-track album. The stream found a benefactor in the dating app Feeld. Arca said in a press release, \u201cWith Feeld\u2019s support and investment, we\u2019re able to put on a show for you with full glam and budget. Thank you for supporting experimental art. Please tune in. We\u2019re working really hard to create a great show for you, wherever you are.\u201d<\/p>\n Despite the slowdown in solo output, Arca has juggled a handful of projects in the past year, including a pair of singles and videos\u2014\u201cPuta\u201d and \u201cSola\u201d<\/a>\u2014and contributions to Madonna\u2019s Confessions II<\/em><\/a>.
