\n\tThe life and times of Lily Allen<\/a> will serve as the basis for an upcoming documentary feature from Prime Video. Set for release in 2027, the currently untitled project will reflect on the artist\u2019s rise from MySpace, where she posted her earliest mixtapes and demos, to her latest album West End Girl<\/em>, about the dissolution of her marriage<\/a> to actor David Harbour. <\/p>\n

\n\tPrime Video<\/a> describes the documentary as \u201ca story of resilience, reinvention, and an artist reclaiming her narrative on her own terms,\u201d though it is unclear what level of involvement Allen had in its creation. The film will rely on interviews from \u201cthose who know her best.\u201d Specific participants have not been revealed.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe streamer frames the release as \u201cintimate,\u201d much like the way Allen has historically approached her music. The singer-songwriter largely slipped away from the spotlight of music following the release of her 2018 album, No Shame<\/em>.
