\n\tOzzy Osbourne<\/a> died a year ago today <\/a>at age 76 after battling an array of health issues. The revered Black Sabbath<\/a> frontman\u2019s bandmates reflected on his legacy on the anniversary of his death. Surviving Black Sabbath members drummer Bill Ward<\/a>, bassist Geezer Butler<\/a>, and guitarist Tony Iommi<\/a> individually shared their remembrances.<\/p>\n

\n\tWard took to Twitter, where he wrote, \u201cEvery day, there is a a persistent silence. We miss you so much, Respectfully, with love to the Osbourne Family, Bill and Jackie Ward Family.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tButler shared an iconic photo of the singer on his bat throne<\/a> on Instagram. \u201cOne year ago today \u2013 hard to believe,\u201d Butler captioned the post. \u201cI am so glad we were able to do the final show , back in our hometown, just a couple of weeks before Ozzy left us. Gone in body, but his legend lives on. Such incredible memories. Ozzy forever!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAs Butler referenced, the band had reunited to perform their Back to the Beginning<\/a> farewell concert in Birmingham, England just a couple of weeks prior to Osbourne\u2019s death.<\/p>\n

\n\tIommi shared a performance clip on Instagram as he reflected on his late friend. \u201cHi everyone. Well, it\u2019s now a year since Ozzy\u2019s passing and I still can\u2019t believe that he\u2019s not with us,\u201d he wrote. \u201cI watch him on YouTube and it feels like he\u2019s still here with us. We always stayed in touch, almost every week or so and we\u2019d usually talk about our ailments and then about what we\u2019d been doing that particular week.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThe fans have been absolutely brilliant and the love and respect that they have shown for him has just been amazing,\u201d Iommi continued. I\u2019m so glad that we were able to play one final show with the original line up of Sabbath at the Back To The Beginning show in our home town of Birmingham! There will never be another Ozzy. I miss you my dear friend.\u201d<\/p>\n
