\n\tBon Jovi<\/a> wrapped up their nine-show residency at New York\u2019s Madison Square Garden on Sunday night with a bang: Bruce Springsteen joined the group onstage to close out the evening with a pair of duets<\/a>.<\/p>\n \n\tBut the New Jersey icon wasn\u2019t the only guest during the band\u2019s residency. At nearly every date, the group welcomed at least one A-lister into their backstage circle, turning MSG into Club Bon Jovi. \u201cDid this really happen???\u201d Bon Jovi asked on Instagram, posting a photo from the July 9 gig with no less than Paul McCartney. \u201cYes, it did.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tSpringsteen\u2019s right-hand man Little Steven Van Zandt showed up a few nights later, along with the War and Treaty and Robbie Williams. Ed Sheeran popped in for Night 6, as did Howard Stern, who inducted Bon Jovi into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2018 and even posed for a photo. Oscar winner Forest Whitaker had an audience with the singer too.<\/p>\n \n\tNight 7 indulged Bon Jovi\u2019s love for sports, with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell and tennis legend John McEnroe mingling backstage. Pink was there too, and joined in the band\u2019s preshow huddle.<\/p>\n \n\tThere was a hiccup at the penultimate concert, on July 23, when the frontman had to cut the show<\/a> a little short due to a sinus infection, but that gig also included a special guest: Train\u2019s Pat Monahan, who sang \u201cLivin\u2019 on a Prayer.\u201d (Monahan reprised the song with Bon Jovi\u2019s David Bryan during a Train stop in Holmdel, New Jersey, the next night).<\/p>\n
