she said.<\/p>\n<h3>Looking Back on Her Ozempic Journey<\/h3>\n<p>Looking back, Gracie said she became &#8220;way too skinny&#8221; but didn&#8217;t realize it at the time because of what she described as the return of &#8220;skinny culture.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I realized, &#8216;Holy crap, I have been feeding into my eating disorder this whole time under the guise of this miracle shot,'&#8221; she wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Now that she&#8217;s no longer taking the medication, Gracie said she sees the experience through a very different lens.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think it was probably one of the worst things I&#8217;ve ever done for myself, looking back,&#8221;
