Very polite and gracious, and we got to say hi for a few minutes,\u201d Stapleton\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rollingstone.com\/music\/music-country\/chris-stapleton-on-meeting-axl-rose-in-nashville-he-was-a-gentleman-223879\/\">told\u00a0<em>Rolling Stone<\/em><\/a>\u00a0in July 2016. \u201cI\u2019m sure he was tired and had to go get cleaned up before the buses or planes rolled out, but he was a gentleman, and we had a brief conversation about music and both went on our way.
