The benefit compilation, set for release<\/a> digitally and on CD and vinyl on October 2, via SoundsGood, has also corraled Jello Biafra, Fred Armisen, Fishbone, and Ozomatli, among others. The Hanna and Ad-Rock song also features Money Mark<\/a>, longtime touring Beastie Boy<\/a> Fredo Ortiz, and Frank Figueroa; listen to \u201cLet Me Love You\u201d below.<\/p>\n Hanna said in a press release, \u201cIt\u2019s not often you get to play music with your favorite people while working with a grassroots organization like Contra-ICE. They are passionately fighting against fascism and white supremacy, which is something none of us can afford to ignore. Mario Caldato Jr. (Beastie Boys) produced our song which was a dream come true for me. Thank you so much to Contra-ICE for making this happen and allowing me to represent what we collectively stand for.\u201d<\/p>\n The compilation was organized by Build Art Make Change<\/a>, a nonprofit organization that works to empower vulnerable communities, shift public discourse, and drive policy reform. Proceeds will directly fund National Day Laborer Organizing Network<\/a> and Uni\u00f3n del Barrio<\/a>, according to a press release. BAMC\u2019s founder, Dali Colorado, said the album \u201cis a cultural infrastructure built to support frontline organizations, amplify immigrant voices, and mobilize creatives who believe that love is not passive; it\u2019s organized.\u201d<\/p>\n Colorado, who is also a DJ, added, \u201cI approached this project as a curator, carefully crafting a listening experience that unfolds as a journey. Every track, transition, and voice serves a purpose, inviting listeners to move through moments of grief, anger, resilience, hope, and ultimately, action\u2026.
