Milwaukee rapper Funny $Money has died. He was one of two killed in a shooting in the city\u2019s Old North neighborhood on August 17, WISN 12 News<\/a> reports. His nephew told the station, \u201cThe last thing I said to my uncle was, \u2018I love you and be safe.\u2019 He said, \u2018I’m always safe.\u2019 That was it.\u201d Funny $Money was 33.<\/p>\n One of the linchpins of the recent Milwaukee hip-hop boom<\/a>, Funny $Money, born Quentene Williams, was a slick-talking punchline rapper with an ear for R&B samples and groovy slap beats.
