The show celebrated the 30th anniversary of Jay-Z’s debut album, Reasonable Doubt<\/em><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n \n\tDuring Jay-Z\u2019s headlining concert in Paris on Thursday, Justin Timberlake<\/a> and Pharrell Williams<\/a> joined him on stage as surprise guests. <\/p>\n \n\tThe packed show at Stade de France, the country\u2019s largest stadium, was a continuation of Jay-Z\u2019s 30th anniversary celebrations commemorating his debut album, Reasonable Doubt<\/a><\/em><\/em><\/em>, dubbed \u201cJay-Z30.\u201d Timberlake delivered a performance of \u201cHoly Grail,\u201d which features his vocals for Jay-Z\u2019s 12th studio album\u00a0Magna Carta Holy Grail<\/em>.\u00a0Timberlake also sang \u201cUntil the End of Time,\u201d his duet with Beyonc\u00e9 that was included in the deluxe edition of 2006\u2019s FutureSex\/LoveSounds<\/em>.<\/p>\n \n\tWilliams, who made an appearance during Jay-Z\u2019s previous anniversary\u00a0concerts in New York, and Jay-Z performed multiple songs together in Paris including \u201cJust Wanna Love U (Give It 2 Me)\u201d and \u201cExcuse Me Miss.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tJay-Z has spent the summer on a monumental run of shows touting his legacy. The rap mogul marked 30 years of\u00a0Reasonable Doubt<\/em><\/em> and 25 years of\u00a0The Blueprint<\/a><\/em><\/em>\u00a0with a historic three-night run at New York\u2019s Yankee Stadium<\/a> in July. For the occasion, he brought out a lineup of heavy hitters including Beyonc\u00e9, Alicia Keys, Eminem, Usher, Rihanna, Nas, and more. <\/p>\n \n\tDuring his opening night at London\u2019s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Jay-Z was joined by Idris Elba, who introduced the show, and\u00a0Lauryn Hill\u00a0and Wyclef, who sang Fugees hits \u201cReady or Not,\u201d \u201cKilling Me Softly,\u201d and \u201cFu-Gee-La.\u201d <\/p>\n \n\tJay-Z will continue the celebrations at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on Friday, Oct. 23. <\/p>\n
