\n\tThe public legal dispute<\/a> between members of Selena Quintanilla<\/a>\u2018s family has intensified. Abraham \u201cA.B.\u201d Quintanilla III has officially sued his sister, Suzette Quintanilla-Arriago, over profits related to their famed sister\u2019s estate.<\/p>\n \n\tIn a lawsuit filed on Sept. 10, and obtained by Rolling Stone<\/em>, Quintanilla III seeks an unspecified amount in damages and monetary relief exceeding $1 million. The suit alleges that as the manager of Selena\u2019s estate, Quintanilla-Arriago has not provided A.B. \u201cwith a complete accounting of the assets, liabilities, revenues, expenses, transactions, distributions, and net profits\u201d and \u201cfailed or refused to pay [him] the full amount of net profits and proceeds due to him.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tQuintanilla-Arriago took over managing the estate<\/a> after her father, Abraham Quintanilla, passed over duties to her in 2016. He\u00a0died<\/a>\u00a0in December 2025.<\/p>\n \n\tThe lawsuit, which was filed in Nueces County, Texas, comes after A.B. first addressed the legal dispute with his family in social media posts<\/a>, alleging that, \u201cSuzette and her lawyers\u201d were \u201cnotified of a lawsuit related to her fiduciary duties.\u201d <\/p>\n
